Vontobel Asset Management’s sustained growth is based on strong product performance and a client-focused approach to sales and servicing. To support this growth we are looking for a RFP Analyst who will ensure our existing and new clients are supplied with top quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). The successful candidate will join a respected team with a strong performance culture, with senior team members highly committed to provide coaching and hands-on career development opportunities.

• Respond to RFPs and DDQs from clients globally
• Take ownership and manage RFP/DDQ projects end-to-end
• Generate high quality responses to ad-hoc client requests
• Coordinate answers with subject matter experts across the company
• Ensure that question and answer database as well as consultant databases are up to date
• Support development of high quality sales and marketing collateral
• Experience in the financial services industry – ideally within Asset Management
• First-hand RFP experience desirable
• Able to work independently in a structured way
• Flexible and able to succeed and persevere in a fast-paced, deadline-driven multi-tasking environment
• Can-do-mentality and solution-driven
• Proven client service and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail – numerate with strong proofreading skills
• Reliable and pro-active team player
• CFA or other financial designations (desirable)
• Languages: English (native level), German, French and Italian (desirable)
