We are looking for top-notch Financial Business Analyst to be part of our Performance Management and Control team based in Chiasso.
Key Responsibilities
The Financial Business Analyst will analyze large amounts of data, economics and not only, discover and solve real-world business issues and impact results directly through key business decisions.
He/she will analyze, troubleshoot, evaluate and publish in-depth analyses to support strategic and tactical decision-making by senior leadership. He/she will help to evolve the team’s practices, constantly looking for improvements in analyzing and understanding data and reporting.
Design and maintain an effective internal control environment and compliance programs to ensure the accuracy of financials related to the Operations and telesales areas.
Mainly activities:
Weekly Business tracking and support.
Forecast preparation.
Budget process support.
Partnering to the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing accounting guidance on new business models and decisions and pulling together the operational components to enable successful launches.
Development and presentation of business cases and complex financial models
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
3+ years of professional experience in web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position
Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills and work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations

Have an extremely high level of process focus and partnering with key internal customers.
Have experience with doing analysis in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Be capable of monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and independently driving business change.
Have relevant technical experience to analyze complex datasets from Excel, Sql, powerpoint and analytical/visualization tools
