We are currently looking for a motivated and optimistic candidate for the VIP IT-Support with fluent English in Geneva, Switzerland. A great opportunity to work in a global IT organization with exposure to new technologies and an international environment.

Major Accountabilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance/client support related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products in a form of combined 1st and 2nd level support role


• Provide prompt responses to questions from VIP customers


• Document incidents, service requests and problems, create and maintain knowledge database articles


• Monitor activities, correct assignment and troubleshoot as appropriate


• Consult with other IT experts, if the appropriate course of action is unclear to find the best and prompt solution


• Ensure proper adherence to global standards, policies and regulatory compliance (GxP)


• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate

Requirements

• At least several years of experience in a similar position with a multicultural environment


• Experienced in supporting the top level management in large organizations


• Technical skills and very good general IT background (computer skills, hardware and basic software knowledge Windows10, Windows 7 Office365 & 2016, iOS, Communication and Video Conferencing solutions


• Flexibility, quick learning ability and a motivated and positive personality


• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and analytical abilities; very good communication skills and positive attitude


• Ability to deal with variable workload and high-pressure situations


• Fluent English spoken and written; German or French would be a big plus


• Ability to work independently as well as the willingness to follow direction and best practices


• Planning and organizing skills; team player and supportive person


• Experience from international companies and enterprise environment with the ability to work in global, multicultural, multifunctional teams
