Senior Software Engineer - Tech Lead Mobile SolutionsOur Mobile Application Platform, called MAP, is one of our main products of the CREALOGIX Group. It’s a secure, hybrid mobile app framework for iOS and Android which unites native features with the world of HTML5 and JavaScript. As a major engineering hub for Europe, our Software Engineers use the latest technologies to craft innovations in the digital banking space. Together with other Crealogues in non-technical roles which include Product Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers etc., we solve some of the most challenging engineering problems in the financial industry and create solutions that are used by millions of people.
Your mission:
Technical Lead of MAP
Implementation of new product functionalities and enhancements
Provide technical concepts for new projects
Create and promote architecture guidelines, documentation, quality gates and processes
Analysis and implementation of new business requirements from clients
Research for potential new functionalities and security controls
Automate processes around continues integration and -deployment
Problem analysis, maintenance and 3rd level support
Lead technical client workshops
Keep the MAP product and its team up to date with new technologies
Your background:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or any equivalent degree
Experience in mobile native development in iOS and Android is a must
Hybrid development awareness and knowledge of the current market development
Excellent knowledge in software engineering, ideally in the finance/banking industry
Skills to develop software professionally in time and quality as part of a competent team
Experience working in Scrum
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and vice versa
Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Swift (ObjC) (iOS), Java (Android), Ruby (Fastlane), ReactJS (desired)
Experience with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
Proficient in common engineering tools such as Git, Gradle, Fastlane, npm and Jenkins
Very good communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Be a quick and keen learner with a high self-motivation and sense of responsibility
