What's the role?

Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury operations activities as well as driving treasury and corporate finance projects. You will be driving digital transformation initiatives within the whole function. You will be directly reporting to the Group Treasurer.

What does the role involve?

Cash forecasting and management.
Further develop and improve our investment process.
Identify and consolidate our risk exposures in FX, interest rate and commodities based on SAP database.
Prepare treasury reports.
Support treasury projects and improve treasury processes.
System administration for our Treasury Management Systems.
Support negotiations with banks and other financing partners.

This is a classical middle-office function with the possibility to drive digital transformation in all our treasury processes and develop the career further in Hilti Finance.

What you need is:

• Master’s degree in business administration/Corporate Finance


• A successful track record within an international matrix organization preferably industrial environment otherwise consulting /financial services


• Good knowledge of financial markets/ products and accounting/ controlling as well as risk management tools


• Excellent analytical and IT skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage)


• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
