What's the role?


You drive the Talent Acquisition for Hilti HQ in an international environment to the next level. Core task is to develop and implement a sound and modern TA Strategy to meet the needs of our growing businesses. You achieve this together with a young team of committed and highly engaged team members and in close cooperation with the respective business stakeholders.

What does the role involve?


The Head of TA leads the HQs Talent Acquisition Team to deliver a best practice Talent Acquisition model for all resourcing topics at Hilti HQ. To develop and implement a sound TA strategy you work in partnership with business stakeholders and other HQ HR teams. Out of this strategic imperative you identify and lead the required initiatives. Your activities help build an ‘Employer of Choice’ brand. You are responsible for delivering and maintaining recruiting best practice and standards with ongoing further improvements. It is imminent that you keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activities and that you know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information to ensure Hilti remains competitive in the talent landscape. You participate actively in a global community to deliver talent acquisition projects and ensure best practices experience exchanges.

What you need is:



  • Strong educational and work experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human resources environment, preferably within a technical driven industry

  • Proven conceptual skills to develop a sound and modern TA strategy combined with a strong ability to understand key business priorities

  • Leadership experience of a broad and diverse team or projects, international experience a benefit

  • Proven ability to influence multiple internal and external business partners and establish a mutual sense of trust and cooperation in a fast paced and diverse environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English mandatory, German a clear benefit
