Global Product Strategy (GPS) drives Roche’s strategy and portfolio of products - from research through to patients. As a member of GPS, you will be part of a truly international group who collaborates with functions and affiliates worldwide to shape the future of medicine.

Personalized Healthcare (PHC) is transforming the healthcare industry with significant emphasis on data-driven, customized healthcare for the individual patient. This evolution has associated impacts to the way other parties in the healthcare ecosystem operate, including patients, their advocates, healthcare providers, governments, regulators, public and private payers.

The goal is to have 100% of Lifecycle Teams (LCTs) evaluate the incorporation of PHC into their plans by end of 2019. You forge connections to ensure relevant expertise from PHC functions, such as the PHC Strategy Team, Data Science, Advanced Analytics and others, to bring them to the appropriate NSRD teams. You also develop and maintain in-depth and current insights and needs across NSRD to be incorporated into the overall PHC strategy.
