Accountabilities We are looking for a Digital Communications Content Manager who is passionate about all things digital within Internal Communications. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, you will need to be at ease with working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Your highly-developed sense of creativity, initiative, and resilience will greatly contribute to the team’s success. You need to share our passion for impactful digital communications, storytelling, creative writing, and the determination to see initiatives through. Serving as the go-to-person on internal digital content communications, your ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders, your drive to implement global digital communications and campaigns that inspire and engage employees as well as skill at using external social media to enhance the employer brand, combined with your creative mindset and your ‘can do’ attitude is what will set you apart from other candidates. Qualifications
Bachelor degree in communications, digital communications, journalism or equivalent education, as a minimum
5+ years of digital communications experience with a proven track record in internal communications, marketing communications or agency with a focus on developing compelling global digital content and campaigns
Strong experience in producing digital content for different channels, for example, Yammer, Chatter, corporate intranet news sites, and so on
Experience of devising and delivering digital employee campaigns through social / digital channels, and managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
Familiar with planning and executing communications through external social media to enhance the employer brand
Be a dynamic, pro-active, self-starter and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write copy, proofread and edit with attention to detail and an ability to listen and turn complex information into compelling digital communication
Good capabilities in planning, creating and editing photo/video content
Good working knowledge of content management systems, web analytics and social and digital communications tools
