Assistant Category Development Manager/Category Development Manager - Beverage

• Lead the channel thinking of the commercial team, taking responsibility for developing and implementing channel strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months


• Support Marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months


• Develop the Point of Purchase Strategies and standards for each Channel Category, incorporating the four POP Drivers


• Shopper Ownership through route to market


• To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions


• To ensure compliance/ provide support to all OHS related activities identitfied in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1

Requirements

 

• 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience


• Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent


• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
