Digital Development Internship – Intelligent Vision and Advance Analytics Projects “I want to work for a company that thinks big but doesn’t make me feel small” Nestec, La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland Internship, 6 months Deadline to apply: 7 th of March 2019 Act. rate 100% To complete our Operations Technologies team based in Vevey, in light for the development of technology building block for our Connected Factory, we are currently looking for an Intern in Digital Development – Intelligent Vision and Advance Analytics Projects. In this role, you will contribute to support the research technologies and other opportunities in digital analytics & intelligence vision systems, which are a potential solution for different on-going studies : in confectionary; in packaging (complex high speed line code reading and proofing application); in advance analytics (machine learning, deep learning vision technologies) etc. Key responsibilities
Scouting of new Technologies & Suppliers
Helping to build business case for our projects
Designing of system architecture, basic design & helping in detail design
Helping to create URS for vision guided robotics
Taking active part in implementation, testing and validation
Required Profile
Bachelor or Master in vision systems, image processing, robotics integration, analytics
Exposure to production/manufacturing (Complex manufacturing process experience is a plus)
Experience in Robotics and integration will be a strong asset
Written and spoken fluency in English
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work and residence permit
