For our Global SIG Rx organisation, we are currently looking for:

Market Access Manager (M/F)

Based in the Lausanne region of Switzerland, in an innovative and dynamic environment, you will be attached to the Head of Global HE & Market Access and will:

Develop upstream market access strategy for products under development and for external opportunities.

Prepares supporting documentation for submission in countries.

Activities and responsibilities :

Develop the Strategy and support the execution.      

• Defines and implements the market access strategy, from the early development phase to the market launch, working in close collaboration with R & D and medical affairs.      


• Develops pharmacoeconomic studies and other tools to support the overall strategy.


• Develops the core product folders and supports needed for affiliates as part of their local bargain price / reimbursement.      


• Works closely with the subsidiaries to assist them in their local price / reimbursement negotiations.      


• Integrates the market access strategy throughout the life of the drug and especially in the phase of loss of exclusivity.      


• Involved in the understanding of financial impacts, ensures the optimization of pricing policies.      


• Builds and maintains relationships with external experts.   

Expected qualifications :

• Degree in pharmacy or medicine and / or degree Business School with specialization in HE / market access.


• At least 4 years of market access experience in a global position.


• Experience in drug development and early market access strategy.
