For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Basel area, we are in search for a OSIsoft PI Engineer for a temporary assignment until the end of 2019 with very high chances of extension.

Your responsibilities:
Providing on-site OSIsoft PI Historian Engineering Services to ensuring the platform availability, Interface engineering and deploying, implement information documents and standards necessary to the site’s compliance and the internal standards
Operating, monitoring and maintaining in compliance with internal/external standards
Managing all OSIsoft PI Historian aspects in relation with the Automation Team or Costumer requirements also engineering services for automation related equipment
Ensuring the documentation (FDS, WI’s and Technical Standards) and the definition of new procedures are in line with best practices and fit for purpose solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationship with peers in the process unit (automation and process experts), supporting functions and projects, and delivering jointly owned initiatives thorough effective collaboration
Providing optimal support meeting customer expectations, specialist technical support / assistance including fault diagnosis and delivering best in class performance for maximised production output
Your profile:
Great knowledge ofOSIsoft PI Historian application (including its configuration or customization) Software and hardware installs
Good knowledge of English (oral and written). Desirable knowledge of site language
Successfully demonstrated several years of directly related experience
Valid Swiss working permit/EU citizenship
