Your responsibilities

• Business responsibility: central contact for the external development of Atos strategic customers, strategic and professional business development responsibility. Coach for critical and/or large projects (partly international). Responsibility for an industry. Generation and delivery of business from CHF 5-20 mio. with (up to) 1000 employees at the customer.


• Client management: trusted advisor for the client CxO level in the (further) development of its business strategy (cross-functional, in some cases international), control and design of the corresponding decision-making processes with external customers. Positioning of the Atos Consulting portfolio, increasing Atos' overall share of responsibility for strategic consultative selling projects with the potential for high-volume follow-up business for other Atos service lines.


• Employee management: employee responsibility within the industry vertical of approx. 5 employees (+ growth to approx. 20-30 employees with industry focus in the respective market), optimal use of resources by Atos Consultants (across market and practice).


• Partner Management: building strategic partnerships to increase and extend the delivery capability of management of consulting projects.

Your profile

• Education:university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or equivalent.


• Professional experience: at least 8 years of professional experience and disciplinary leadership in strategy development, consulting, business planning/ development, controlling, project management, sales of complex business consulting services, experience in developing service offerings, and consulting and development of clients at C-level.


• Project experience: business responsibility as well as sales/portfolio responsibility and strategic business development for selected TOP customers/industries (>4 years), subject responsibility, C level and/or customer employee management, budget responsibility for several projects (>4 years).


• Leadership experience: professional and disciplinary leadership experience. Experienced around approach and tools for employee integration, promotion and development, for example: PMP process and personal coaching.


• Industry know-how: in-depth knowledge of the international market and competitors in the respective customer industry as well as the typical business processes and challenges in the industry from a business-strategic or IT perspective.


• Recruiting skills: presentation and promotion of Atos Consulting, marketing through e.g. white papers, publications, lectures. Support around acquisition of new employees.


• Market know-how/content know-how: specific experiences in one of the required sectors (Consumer Packaged Goods, Public Sector, Finance & Insurance, Life Sciences) and strong Swiss network within the sector.


• Languages: Fluent English skills required for all roles. The positions in Zurich and Basel require in addition business fluent German skills. The roles in Nyon require in addition business fluent French skills.
