Senior Product Manager

Currently we are recruiting for our client, a well-known financial services provider, an experienced, motivated and open-minded personality for the role as Senior Product Manager.




Tätigkeiten:

Product Development

• Elaboration of the product strategy together with the relevant stakeholders and continuously align products to meet client needs


• Conduct the analysis of external market developments, competitors and regulatory environment together with Business Development team and inclusion into product development process


• Manage innovation such as product developments or adaptions along the pre-defined product innovation process notably: Idea generation, idea selection, idea evaluation, product realization, product launch and transition to the product lifecycle process


• Active collation of client current and possible future needs and inclusion into product development and innovation process


• Feed the idea capturing tool continuously with relevant information to determine new opportunities for your product

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the product lifecycle and thereof all derived activities within the Business Unit and initiate the product innovation process if required




• Run the yearly product lifecycle review and submit documentation including recommendation to the Business Development Committee (BDC)




• Ensure achievement of the approved measures and activities




• Gather information from the competitors to benchmark prices, products and services in a structured format so that this can be analyzed

Manage Financials

• Manage the product financials on a contribution margin level, including budgeting, forecasting and monitoring/reporting

• Continuously increase the quality of the products in line with the given financial targets
  
  

Support activities

• Maintenance of the product documentation (service guides, legal framework, client presentation)



• Support all stakeholders in product related activities as well as sales and cross-selling efforts, e.g. setup of a product or service with clients
  
  


• Support clients in product specific enquiries (3rd level support)

Anforderungen:

• Completed studies, or equivalent training, preferably technical or economic


• Minimum of 6 years of experience within Product Management in the financial industry
  
  


• Good communication skills, as well as very good conceptual and analytical skills as well as number affinity


• Assertiveness, motivation, initiative, good social skills and independent working methods
