Your Role

• Identify and specify requirements for software products and blockchain projects


• Support the product development and delivery from the business side


• Work closely with the product, engineering and operations teams to inform the product roadmap


• Work closely with clients to develop technical solutions to business problems


• Monitor the performance of new features and recommend iterations based on your findings


• Work together with external clients to understand and model their business needs and processes.


• Translate business needs into technical requirements

Requirements

Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer


• A degree in engineering, business, economics or related field. (multi-disciplinarity background is a bonus)


• Strong affinity and curiosity about digitalization, blockchain/crypto


• Practical experience in identifying and describing business requirements


• Analytical and structured mindset


• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus


• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders


• Experience working in cross functional teams, collaborating with product owners, engineers and project managers.

• Experience with UX design and wire-framing
