In order to support the Travel Operations Team, FIFA is seeking a committed and service-oriented
Travel Coordinator
Your duties


  • Organisation of worldwide business travel and accommodation, incl. flight allotments, group reservations, charter flights, hotels, trains, rental cars, ground transportation, etc.

  • Event travel coordination for tournaments, seminars and workshops in Switzerland and abroad; participation in events in Switzerland and abroad

  • Responsibility for FIFA's VIP and VVIP clients, guaranteeing the success of all operations in the areas of travel, accommodation and transportation

  • Offering a high-quality service in accordance with FIFA's service standards (commercial, charter and private jet flights, premium accommodation, VIP service, etc.)

  • On-call duty based on rotating shift plan

  • Monthly accounting: BSP, credit cards, flight tickets, open tickets, hotel invoices, etc.

  • Ensuring efficiency of systems and optimisation of processes (Amadeus, Agent Online, e-Travel, IFES, etc.); assistance in internal IT projects

  • Providing information related to visa and entry regulations and health information worldwide; preparing and obtaining all needed visa documents for employees and/or travellers leaving Switzerland

Our requirements


  • Completed (business) travel agency education or business education with training in the travel industry

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the business travel industry; experience with VIP customers is a strong asset

  • Excellent skills in GDS Amadeus is a must (reservations, ticketing, fare rules, rebooking, etc.)

  • Business fluency in two FIFA languages, namely English and French and/or Spanish, other languages are a plus

  • Very strong customer service skills and a passion for high-end customer service is a must

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task even under big pressure

  • Flexible approach to working hours and ability to embrace a complex, busy and very dynamic work environment

  • Experience in project and event management is a strong asset

  • Intercultural competence, motivation and interest in working abroad
