Deputy Boutique Manager

Your tasks:

Advising and selling the various watch brands as well as our exquisite high-end jewellery to a local and international clientele
Ensure exceptional customer service and client experience
Support the Boutique Manager in leading and inspiring the team during his absence
Organize the daily activities and ensure the smooth operation of the boutique
Build a strong relationship with your clients to foster loyalty with the house of Gübelin
Various administrative tasks according to internal procedure SAV, working time scheduling and many more

Your profile:

Education and training as retail trade specialist, further education as retail manager,
professional gemmology experience is an advantage
Profound knowledge in the luxury watch and jewellery industry
Excellent knowledge of languages in Italian, English and in German
Very good MS Office and SAP skills
Organised and efficient working approach
Strong interpersonal and resilience skills
