This requires global processes and systems. We have already started on this journey and are looking for someone who further drives the implementation and manages to clarify any issue that may appear on process interfaces between functions and organizations. Program Manager Process Globalization and ERP/CRM system implementation (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Program management "process globalization and ERP/CRM system implementation"
  
  
  
  • Drive long term vision, roadmap and target alignment with divisional management and other stakeholders in the organization
  
  
  • Push and support delivery of strategic initiatives in alignment with other initiatives, track issues that have an impact on the initiative
  
  
  • Manage portfolio of sub-projects
  
  

• Project Management of local roll-outs of processes and ERP/CRM systems to our subsidiaries around the globe (business lead)
  
  
  
  • Lead scope clarification (fit-gap analysis with subsidiaries)
  
  
  • Push and support business delivery, manage sub-projects and harvest value added of 3rd party professionals, track tasks and open topics, escalate issues
  
  
  • Responsible for project budget and timing, report to steering committee
  
  


• Drive globalization of processes und responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Drive the development of global end-to-end processes
  
  
  • Identify and clarify interfaces (between processes or organizations)
  
  
  • Actively bring stakeholders together, moderate decision finding and ensure documentation of processes and responsibilities

  • Foster and ensure adoption of new processes and systems in subsidiaries

You have completed a university degree and ideally furthered your studies in the field of project management (IPMA level B or comparable). You have already worked several years as a project manager and have led ERP/CRM roll-outs as a business partner / consultant on a global scale in an industrial business environment.

You are of a proactive, open-minded and result-oriented nature and have strong organizational and analytical skills. You are able to present and to earn credibility at all levels (including divisional management). Exceptional interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, intercultural and a high degree of independence characterizes your personality. You are fluent in the English language in oral and writing, ideally possess German skills. Profound knowledge in MS-Office, ERP (ideally SAP) and CRM are a must.
