• Generating call center Medical Information materials - Ensuring the timely review and approval process of any generated materials - Supporting the business unit and its affiliates with complex inquiries escalated by the call center - Monitoring the quality and accuracy of the responses provided by the call center - Identifying necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with regional and local regulations - Providing ongoing training to call center agents and other on new or updated Medical Information content - Monitoring the appropriate capture of any related adverse event or product complaint Info - Managing the up-to-date database of Medical Information materials

Medical Information Specialists with strong medical writing skills

• Pharmacist or equivalent education in life sciences - Advanced clinical and scientific training required - Experience with Medical Writing (Rheumatology, Gastroanatology) - Fluent in English - Understanding of and adherence to regulatory policies governing scientific interactions with physicians - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a matric environment
