WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


In the role you will report directly to the Head of Supply Planning Jewelry & Watches and your main duties will be the following:



  • Support the creation of consolidated & detailed timeline of each season, showing global collections for Jewelry and further appointed categories

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of a best-in-class novelty tracking including all necessary tools and files

  • Contribute to optimized capacity load along the supply chain

  • Making sure that all decision makers have all relevant information available as base for their decision-making process

  • Creation and distribution of status reports of current global Jewelry and further appointed categories collections to ensure transparency to all involved parties

  • Develop effective and efficient reporting systems and analysis tools, enabling continuously improving fact-based decisions in his area of responsibility.

  • Manage additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Supply Planning Jewelry & Watches, supports him at all interfaces as commissioned by the Head of, represents the Head of upon assignment in work groups, project teams, etc.


WHAT WE EXPECT


             We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:



  • Trade School diploma or comparable education

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  •  Understanding of supply chain management

  •  Attention to details and process management skills

  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills

  • Team orientation, and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
