  • You an exciting role within the important and growing Middle East UHNWI/HNWI segment of International Wealth Management located in Zurich

  • As Assistant Relationship Manager / Client Manager you will be in contact with our professional clients as well as with our bank-internal specialists

  • You will closely collaborate with and provide support to some of the most talented Senior Relationship Managers covering mainly UAE & Levant, servicing sophisticated client relationships

  • You provide efficient support to two to three Relationship Managers in all organizational matters such as calendar management, travel organization, documentation handling, client meetings preparation, market transactions, payment orders, etc.

  • In this position you are also in charge of making daily telephone and email contact with our sophisticated clients as well as negotiations with internal partners

  • You process stock market, securities and foreign exchange transactions and you are responsible for account openings and the execution of client orders

  • You have the chance to support the team in compliance matters and the Relationship Managers during business trips and with the preparation of client meetings

You Offer

 

  • Completed banking apprenticeship with further education or university degree

  • At least 2 years of work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking and knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings

  • Your strong communication skills and high level of customer orientation enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients

  • With your ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail you are able to deliver results of high quality

  • You have the ambition to strive for an exciting career within the Middle East Market at Credit Suisse

  • Fluency in English is required; German, Arabic or other languages are an asset
