For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Lucerne area, we are in search for a Medical Science Liasion for a temporary assignment until the end of 2019 with chances of extension.

Your responsibilities:
Being responsible for the non-promotional exchange of peer-to-peer medical and scientific information with HCPs and internal stakeholders
Being responsible for creating disease area awareness and the understanding of relevant scientific evidence in therapeutic areas of interest to the company
Interacting as necessary and appropriate with select managed care organizations, healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, and other healthcare organizations in order to provide complete, accurate, balanced, scientifically rigorous and non-promotional medical and clinical information
Collaborating with brand teams on promotional materials to ensure compliance with local legal regulations, to customize global/regional materials and to locally develop customer materials as per local Medical Review SOP and Process
Identifying/specifying general areas of company interest where Investigator Initiated Study Programs (IISP) may be supported, being mindful that the IISP proposal must come from the investigator
Your profile:
MD, Pharmacist or PhD in a life science
Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic areas of interest to the Company, understanding of clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation of clinical data, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and an eagerness to continue to learn more in assigned therapeutic area
Strong, confident and engaging presentation skills
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to function within a cross-functional team environment
Strong customer facing, listening, and probing skills
Fluency in German, English and/or French
Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland to interact with key SL (~50%)
