Service Manager - Schindler IT Services

The main responsabilities of this role include:



  • Responsible for Relationship Management, Demand Management, Service Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Service Level Management

  • Understand the overall strategic direction of Business and participate in the strategic decision-making process of Schindler IT and regional businesses

  • Negotiate and agree levels of IT Service to be delivered with the customer and document these into formal SLAs

You understand your customer and market, you think and act like an entrepreuneur and you think creatively. Also, you are able to develop and communicate a shared ambition to inspire and develop people.
Further requirements may include:


 



  • Graduation from  recognized college or university preferably with a major in computer information systems, management information systems, computer science, computer engineering or similiar field

  • ITIL v3. certified

  • Several years of working experience in (international) IT infrastructure projects, having participated at least in one entire project life cycle 

  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Fluent in English
