For our EMEA Headquarter in Zuchwil (CH), we are looking for a highly skilled and committed:

 
Planning Analyst(1 year fixed-term) 

As part of the Production Planning & Logistics Department (PP&L) you support the monthly Supplier Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and act as interface between Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and Production Planning Teams and Suppliers for the DACH Region. We are currently looking to import talent into the organization and are offering a fixed-term work contract to this end (12 months).   

 
Descriptions: 

  • Analyze Direct Material (DM) forecasts changes (e.g. Raw Material, Semi-Finished) and collect Manufacturing Sites event forecasts (e.g. NPI Launches, Stock Pre-Builds, Lines Shutdowns)

  • Consolidate DM inputs (e.g. Forecasts, Inventories, Open Orders) for submission to selected Suppliers and lead/participate to S&OP reviews

  • Support and create reports for the S&OP process and assist to implement policies, standards and guidelines

  • Lead the DM Spends and DM Inventories process for the DACH Region

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics according to scorecard (e.g. Supplier OTIF, DM Inventories) and build mitigation plan to improve them as needed

  • Improve continuously process to increase the performance towards our Internal, External and End Customers


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business (with Supply Chain focus)

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering / Business or Logistics / Supply Chain qualifications (e.g. APICS) an advantage

  • 2+ years of overall Supply Chain experience (with distributed teams) an advantage; High-potential Young Graduate considered

  • Planning and analytical skills, structured and independent decision making

  • Strong team-player with cross-functional thinking, influencing and good communication skills

  • Excellent in English (spoken and written), French or German a benefit

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and basics understanding of ERP systems (SAP) / Information Technologies (Tableau) a benefit
