We need you to join our Corporate Development in Männedorf, Zürich as

Analyst Corporate Development 20 - 30%

What you will do

In this position you will support the Corporate Development team in competitor, industry and market intelligence monitoring and report to the VP of Corporate Development. You will also contribute to projects across the two Tecan divisions Life Science and Partnering Business. You understand the relevance, context and impact of market intelligence, the importance of data analysis and the reporting process. Further, you have the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  
Responsibilities will include

• Gathering and sanitizing market intelligence (including complex data on macro trends, market dynamics, competitor landscape and capturing the government/regulatory context)


• Publishing of reports to Senior Management


• Contributing to projects (including exposure to M&A activities and strategic projects)

What you bring along

• University Student going for M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance (with genuine interest in business)


• 2nd to 3rd year student ie. running up to or after B.Sc.


• Initial work experience eg. practical training industry with good reference(s) is a plus


• Fluent in German and English, other languages a plus


• Excellent Excel skills
