Several Student Assistants for Congress in July 2019

From July 13 until July 17, 2019, the Basel 2019 congress of the International Health Economics Association (iHEA) will take place at several different venues in Basel. Participants from all over the world gather to discuss the topic "New Heights in Health Economis". The conference will consist of parallel sessions, plenary sessions and a social event at the Markthalle Basel. For on-site conference support, we are looking for
several student assistants.
Your assignments

• Registration of the congress participants


• On-site administrative support in the congress rooms


• Help at the info desk, cloak room and suitcase storage room


• Distribution of Give-Aways


• On-site Support at the Gala dinner in the Markthalle (distribution of food vouchers, registration)


• Assembly and disassembly of the congress


• Other ad hoc tasks

Your profile

• Enrollment in a Swiss university or university of applied science


• Presence during the mandatory briefing (July 1st, 2019), the assembly of the congress (July 12, 2019), days of the congress (July 13-17, 2019)

• Friendly and well-groomed appearance


• Good English skills (other languages are an advantage, such as French, Spanish or Chinese)
