What does the Central Creative Studio do?


EF’s Central Creative Studioconceives, designs and implements the company’s global brand in virtually every media including digital and graphic design, photography, and video, in virtually every channel including print, online, broadcast, outdoor, large-scale interior, retail merchandise and others.


 


We work as an internal agency that support EF’s different businesses. Our products are essentially a mix between Duolingo, Airbnb and Lonely Planet, so there is an amazing opportunity to do fun stuff. The roof is exceptionally high in the studio and with the right attitude and mindset you will be able to achieve amazing things.


 


The Central Creative Studio is comprised of a small talented team of award winning creatives whose backgrounds span the digital sphere, traditional design, TV production, theme park design, photography and social media. We are all are here because of an innate drive to drive transformation.

The Role


The Graphic Designer will be working closely with Central Creative Studio’s Executive Creative Director, Art Director and Senior Graphic designer. Together they will work on the branding of EF products, properties, and events throughout the world. It is this work, and its continuous evolution, that will define EF’s global brand.


 


Ideally, the Graphic Designer will have branding experience, having worked for an advertising agency or directly within a company. However, it’s the Graphic Designer’s passion for design and the drive to develop their talents that will set the candidate apart. The Graphic Designer will execute projects with great attention to detail and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. International travel may be required periodically to evangelize Central Creative Studio’s vision to EF design teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Zurich, Boston, London and other locations.


 


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work with the graphic design team to build EF’s brand presence

  • Creation and evaluation of graphic design solutions


 


Key Requirements:



  • Graphic design experience (print, photography, and/or video)

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)


 


Additional Skills & Experiences:



  • Exceptional graphic design skills

  • Proven graphic design experience

  • Thorough understanding of production processes

  • Good communication skills
