Your Role

As part of our Agency team you will:

• Develop proof of concepts for large clients to help them achieve their blockchain dreams


• Use a consultative sales approach to learn as much as you can about a prospect and uncover opportunities for digitalization and blockchain projects.


• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales and partnership opportunities


• Coordinate customer appointments, activities and events to build strong, long-term client relationships


• Acquire new customers for our software development business


• Participate in trade fairs and networking events


• Manage the entire client life-cycle, including pitch decks, cost estimates and detailed customer offers

Requirements

Skills

• 3+ years working in sales or business development within a tech agency or IT company


• Experience working with tailor-made IT, digitalization or blockchain solutions


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Good network of potential customers


• Native Swiss German and fluent English (French is an advantage)

• You are able to combine a fast pace with the delivery of consistently high quality
