In our worldwide headquarters in Ecublens Switzerland, we are currently looking to hire the:


HEAD OF PMO


Mission:
Provide overall direction, process and standards for group project management and administer project portfolio
Responsibilities:



  • Implement Project Management / PMO
    ▪ Identify project Management needs / requirements with key stakeholders: Strategy, R&D / Product
    Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations in Switzerland and abroad
    ▪ Define Project Management process, governance, templates
    ▪ Develop implementation / ramp up plan capitalizing on existing skills and resources
    ▪ Design Project Management organization across the Group

  • Project Portfolio Management
    ▪ Define projects classification / resources allocation / ownership
    ▪ Implement project follow-up and review to ensure execution
    ▪ Design reporting process depending on project classification
    ▪ Ensure project documentation is sound, complete and tracked

  • Training & Project Management tools
    ▪ Develop Project Management training program for LEMO employees, in coordination with HR
    ▪ Once PMO is running, assess need re tools / systems


Job Requirements:



  • University degree, PMO certification (min IPMA level C), combined with at least 5 years’ experience in
    Project Management as a PMO, ideally in a global firm with industry exposure

  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, able to summarize, able to
    negotiate and work in a cross functional and cross-cultural professional environment. At ease in change
    management

  • Fluency in French and English. Microsoft Office, ERP, Analytics
