Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support Franchise Digital Head in identifying external market opportunities and potential partners to drive digital innovation and collaboration. Support franchise Digital Head in identifying trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key markets) and propose corresponding strategies.

• Support Franchise Digital Head in developing and agreeing the Franchise Digital strategy (including Social Media strategy) and prioritize tactics for the Franchise in collaboration with brand teams, Digital Medicines core team, Communication, Legal (including Data Privacy), IT and Public Affairs as appropriate.

• Implement and embed Digital and Social Media solutions with in the Franchise. Support the roll-out and ensures strong pull through of digital initiatives locally through a close collaboration with CPOs and Regions.

• Stimulate and support digital communications externally with customers and internally with the Franchise (local and global) and between Franchise Digital teams as well as with the core Pharma Digital Medicines team

• Support Franchise Digital Head in building digital and social media capabilities. Liaise with CPOs to clarify customer needs and support co-creation of digital initiatives with CPOs. Foster digital innovation and ensure sharing of best practices. Foster cross-functional transparency, communication and coordination. Institute own role as ‘go-to-person’ for digital and social media activities within the franchise.

• Support the building and strengthening of the digital community/team in the Franchise (both Local and Global)Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree in bioscience, medicines, business and/or economics. MD or PhD preferred

• At least 5 years of commercial experience including tangible delivery of value added programs and/or solutions at scale.

• Digital Pharma experience is a plus.

• Technology and digital innovation experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a matrix environment, communicate effectively and having a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

Fluency in English (second language desirable)
