The shop visit manager / project leader is responsible for engine output, on time delivery against contractual agreements and he is the single point of contact for each of his assigned engines for operations.
Your tasks
Single point of contact for each engine
Leading the engine projects according engine process
Any time full visibility and knowledge on status of his project
Monitoring engine progress and material availability against the milestone plan and acting preventive on influences by providing, demanding and enforcing solutions with AM, Ops, CoE, Purchasing and Engineering to assure on time delivery
Planning engines input/output with production planning according capacity plan
Setup special schedules with Ops for special work scopes or customer demands
Improve related processes continuously to optimize daily business
Lead and organize engine team and meeting
Provide information on engine status in relevant systems (eg. engine log, RAIL)
Your profile
University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent would be desired
Advanced process training is a requirement
You have significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service, 3+ years of experience in projects and process related positions
You are controlled person with consequent behavior, customer oriented, team player, acting as if owner of the engine service business
Fluent in English and German
