Our client is a Swiss innovative and leading company operating in aviation industry!To support their growth and business we are currently looking to recruit Lead Engineer – Structures Design .

Job Responsibilities: 

• Overall responsibility for planning and coordination of development activities for the helicopter primary and secondary structure


• Prepare and review test requirement documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities


• Coordination of systems and helicopter assembly with the production team


• Liaise with suppliers on a technical level, and coordination of subcontract work packages


• Write and review system requirement documents and engineering reports for certification


• Support production of prototype parts/equipment/systems and implementation in SH09


• Prepare, check and release mechanical design within CAD system


• Technical project lead for assigned development projects, including coordination of the project activities with other project members, production, testing and suppliers

In order to be considered for this interesting opportunity we are looking for the following experience and qualification:

• Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent


• Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing


• Experience with SAP, NX and Teamcenter


• Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable


• Experience with coordination of complex development projects


• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the aerospace industry, preferably helicopters, composite
