For our client, a well-respected biotechnology company, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced
Frontend Developer for Web Applications.

Frontend Developer for Web Applications (f/m) 100% - Zug Area

Your challenges

• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create designs and the final web frontend in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SignalR and ReactJS or similar


• Align on and establish interfaces frontend in collaboration with the backend team


• Create designs on new screens based on the latest web technologies together with the backend and UX/UI teams


• Create efficient solutions by using agile engineering methods and various web development technologies to improve the experience of client customers and employees


• Work together with other agile team members to create design tests for products and prototypes, clear user stories and deliver product improvements on a regular basis


• Identify and socialize product and delivery risks in collaboration with team members and product owners


• Manage and set expectations about ways of delivery and timelines by communicating with business stakeholders about agile processes

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field


• 1-3 years of experience in frontend development and its technologies HTML5, CSS/JSS, AngularJS or ReactJS, JavaScript


• 1-3 years of cloud hosted web application (Amazon AWS or similar) experience


• 5 years or more of experience in software development with advanced agile software development skills, test-driven development, continuous integration, pair programming code refactoring, continuous deployment, application security and highly scalable applications


• Experience in microservices architecture in NodeJS (preferred) or Java


• Great communication and collaboration skills as well as a self-driven style of work


• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German and French are a plus
