Financial Accountant (80-100%)

Location: Zurich
Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial accounting and bookkeeping


• Independent preparation of monthly and annual management accounts and financial reporting


• Handle general ledger tasks like account receivables, accounts payables and fixed asset accounting
  independently


• Intercompany reconciliation


• Establish VAT statements in Switzerland and Europe


• Responsible for payment process


• Liquidity planning and management of collection


• Create reports and statistics


• Budget analysis


• Assist/participate in various projects

About you:

• Qualification as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting (Fachmann/-frau Finanz- und Rechnungswesen),
  relevant university degree or equivalent


• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role


• Experienced in handling the financial closing process


• Experienced with Swiss Code of Obligation, IFRS advantageous


• Experience with VAT in Switzerland and Europe; other countries (in particular USA and Canada) are an
  advantage


• Experience with NAV


• Independence, flexibility, resilience


• High motivation and affinity for women’s health, medical devices and digital technology


• Excellent Excel skills and analytical thinking capabilities


• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written


• Swiss or EU/EFTA work permit
