Project accountability The objective of PMI’s Product Research Labs team is to support the Reduced-Risk Products (“RRPs”) from the initial product development to the product commercialization by performing tobacco, materials and aerosol analyses and providing high quality results, in agreement with the quality management system. As a student, you will contribute to a project which consists of develop a methodology for the collection of target compounds from surfaces and the analysis of samples the collected by GC-MS and LC-MS. To do this, you will need to become familiar with the ICH guidelines for method validation, to be trained on the existing method, implement changes and evaluate the method performance for the matrices and surfaces in the scope of the project. You will be requested to provide documentation in line with the quality requirements and liaise with the lab supervisor and internal customers to present the outcomes of the method development.
