We have an opportunity for an Experienced Design Thinking Coach/Expert to lead the Incubation team within the ‘Consumer Journey, Omnichannel Strategy & Incubation’ unit inside the Swiss market. You will be reporting to the Head of Consumer Journey, Omnichannel Strategy & Incubation in Philip Morris S.A. in Lausanne. Your team will be dedicated to running projects based on the corporate lean enterprise-/startup-based framework and program (internally known as FastForward - FFWD), to find consumer-validated solutions that are feasible and viable for the business. Your role will be key to foster rapid innovation within the Swiss affiliate. Responsibilities: • Advise on FFWD projects to utilize the right methods and tools to empathize with end-user, explore and prototype new ideas and validate solutions • Advise team on defining project scope, goals, testing plan and deliverables • Plan and track resources and deliverables • Optimize FFWD team effectiveness through coaching in efficient and effective ways of organizing and working as a team • Inspires team to do things differently and find optimal balance between quality, fidelity, cost and speed • Act as go-to person for problems and challenges of higher complexity in FFWD method and approach • Regularly update key stakeholders, including management team, on progress of projects • Be the contact person for global and other markets’ FFWD teams • Advise other commercial functions on how to unpack complex business problems and design the right solutions using design thinking / FFWD methodologies • Enable Share learnings and consumer insights with key internal stakeholders to enable consumer-centric commercialization • Collaborate with Consumer Journey Head to collect and structure consumer needs and pain points on weekly basis • Collaborate with Omnichannel Strategy Head to test new solutions, channels and touchpoints that advance consumer-centricity, optimize internal processes and/or increase viability of initiatives • Develop internal capabilities in Lean Startup space through ongoing knowledge transfer, education and engagement within all levels of Swiss organization Skills & Experience: • Excellent knowledge and practical experience in Lean Startup / Design Thinking / Agile / SCRUM / FFWD methodologies within team and corporate environment • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, Master’s degree or professional education in related discipline • Ability to drive strategic direction with quick and actionable deliverables • Strong analytical skills with ability to organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Previous exposure to working with consumer journeys and consumer-centricity • Ability to deliver within an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse stakeholders. • Fluent in English.
