The HR is looking for a training and development expert to strengthen and enlarge it’s team with broad expertise.
Tätigkeiten:
Managing the full process of existing or/and new learning solutions
Ensure the strategic alignment and adapting or redesigning learning content and delivery method
Run need analysis with close collaboration with Business Partners and the Line Managers
Liaise and cooperate with SMEs, facilitators and leadership representatives
Run training development projects with different content and learning methods, setting milestones and deadlines
Anforderungen:
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, psychology, HR, training, instructional design, organizational development
5+ years of experience in a similar function (training and development) within an international environment
Advanced knowledge of adult learning concepts, educational design and needs, assessment methodology with strong organizational and project management skills
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines
Sprachen: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, including excellent presentation skliss facilitating senior level teams
