For our Finance & Controlling division we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Controller to strengthen the Group Controlling and Planning Team in Zurich. You will be part of the experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include monthly consolidation of group management reporting, managing the budgeting and strategic planning cycles as well as the internal SLA/Transfer pricing processes.
Your Challenge
Steering of monthly closing process within Controlling
Report on financial performance and lead preparation of monthly reports / reviews to Executive Board
Drive group wide forecasting and financial reviews
Develop ad hoc business analysis / business cases
Support and provide input to the budget and mid- term planning process
Work on selective projects in Controlling and MIS
Support internal cost and revenue allocation process
Close interaction with Accounting, Business Controlling, MIS and Investor Relations
Your Qualification
University degree or equivalent in Management Accounting, Finance or similar applied quantitative sciences
About 5 years of controlling or similar analytical work experience in the banking industry
Strong analytical and data modelling skills
Precise, structured and independent working style
Proactive, flexible and results-oriented mind-set
Tableau and Cognos competences are an asset while strong & proven Excel & SAP ERP skills are a must
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Very good written & spoken English and German
