At our headquarters in Baar, we are seeking for our Research and Innovation Department a
Product Care Engineer Investigation 100% (f/m)
Your responsibilities
Plan, conduct and document root cause analysis
Coordinate, plan and control work packages within the investigation process
Apply systematic approach to find failures (Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA etc)
Evalutation of products (Stresstest, Measurements) for root cause analysis
Plan, control and perform internal tests
Coordination and Evaluation of externals tests and lab-reports
Ensure complete documentation of investigations and visualistation of distributions and trends
Reporting to the responsible committee
Transfer of documents to the follow up processes (e.g. product or process change, SCAR etc.)
Support corrective / preventive actions in the CAPA process
Support the NC process with product specific technical assessments to support the disposition decision
Technical advice of product management concerning complaints and user-enquiries
Support of regulatory affairs, compliance and Risk Management Team wirh technical expertise of products
Your qualifications
BSc or MSc in a Mechanical Engineer or Life Science discipline
Further education in life science (medical technology) and / or quality management
English spoken and written fluently at least at advanced level or several years of language application in an international field of life science
At least 3 years of experience in the life science area or a comparable industry
Experience in the practical application of ISO13485 or FDA 21 CFR 820
Knowledge of the MDR, MDD and European Directive 93/42EWG
