You will be part of the B2C Infrastructure & Operations Team in RRP (Reduced Risk Products) of Philip Morris International based in Lausanne, Switzerland contributing to Build, develop and manage a payments global infrastructure and capabilities to deliver the IQOS Experience to every customer with quality, efficiency and consistency. Your role will be to develop and manage the B2C payments services portfolio by managing global partners in the domain of payments services and other Business-to-Consumer (B2C) services. You’ll continuously monitor and improve the cost and quality of operations while scaling up/down the infrastructure according to the transaction volume projections and expanding payments capabilities based on emerging RRP commercialization needs (new markets, portfolio, channels, business models, value added services etc.). You’ll address operational issues escalated by RRP markets by liaising with global payments partners Management. Specific responsibilities: • Develop and manage the B2C payment services portfolio, leading the development of the payments Omni channel capabilities. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities while exploiting the synergies across B2C departments, global payment partners and/or RRP markets • Lead the global project execution coordinating the market and global payment partners to deliver the B2C programs or new capabilities. Lead cross functional teams and coordination with the Payments Operational team, Customer Care, E-commerce, Digital, IS, Finance, Brand Retail and other departments to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services by our global payments partners • Lead the negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with the B2C partners to define the global framework of contractual relationship and minimize contractual negotiations at the individual market level, shortening implementation timeline. Monitor the evolution of business requirements and re-negotiate MSAs accordingly, maintaining a solid and sustainable foundation for partnership. • Act as global escalation contact for markets in solving operational issues with global payment partners. In the absence of Regional B2C Operations Managers, act as first point of escalation and liaise with global partners' Senior Management and PMI B2CI&O management to promptly solve operational issues and remove roadblocks • Support the RRP markets, which could not cooperate with the global payments partners (such as, due to lack of presence or limited coverage in a given territory) in selecting and contracting local B2C payments partners. Proactively share the knowledge and best practices developed in B2C operations management (in cooperation with the global partners) to uplift the quality of local operations • Guide the system and process development for a seamless integration with B2C payments partners. Lead the design and development of physical, financial and information flows by managing cross-functional teams formed by PMI and Partner subject matter experts (SM • Act as Subject Matter Expert to support RRP markets in defining their B2C requirements as needed (service portfolio, volume, level) and negotiate market-specific offers with the global partners to fulfill these requirements • Leverage the operational insights gained by the direct interactions with RRP users to continuously improve our product and service value proposition You will need: • Experience in B2C payments or finance related processes, including: • - IT or Consulting Project Management experience • - Digital IT Management, ideally exposed to SAP / finance IT management • - Payment Services Vendor Management • - IT / Finance Demand Management coordination • Other skills include: o Entrepreneurship; Action Oriented; Drive for Results o Negotiation & Commercial Savvy o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving skills o Proactive, independent, highly organized, detail oriented and excited about participating in growing our RRP business o Experience as team lead and project manager • College / University Degree, Executive MBA is a plus • Fluent both written and spoken in English • Travelling up to 40% of working time will be required Philip Morris International: Building a Smoke-Free Future Philip Morris International (PMI) is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.
