Job Responsibilities


 



  • General administrative support in all areas for commercial function including personal assistance to Chief Commercial Officer

  • Coordination and organization of administrative projects, such as the organization of internal and external meetings including large scale business events, travel and expense management

  • Participate in relevant meetings, take minutes and drive administrative actions

  • Independently and pro-actively approach administrative tasks and provide regularly status-update to key stakeholders 

  • Organize interviews on behalf of Human Resources and maintain correspondence with candidates

  • Prepare and support hiring managers with onboarding of new employees (organization of workspace, IT, etc.)


 


Candidate’s Requirements


 



  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV-E/M) or similar

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative role in a multinational company, ideally in Pharmaceutical/BioTech Industry

  • Business fluency in English; German and/or French would be an advantage

  • Computer-, mobile device- and software applications advanced user 

  • Ability to work independently with high customer orientation and pro-active approach to deliver high quality results 

  • Pragmatic attitude and ability to learn quickly

  • Inclusiveness and effective teamwork and collaboration skills with various levels of diverse stakeholders

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
