Responsible for the work coordination between Jet Aviation and our customers.
Main ResponsibilitiesTake care of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance customer relation. Coordinate all AOG’s events
Prepare, check or coordinate all maintenance projects:
Prepare or coordinate all projects preparation (including procedures to be printed and parts to be provided).
Evaluate risks in advance and take actions accordingly toward customer.
Handover the aircraft with customer at the entry
Provide accurate and regular technical / financial updates to customers:
Give regular technical updates items per items
Quote maintenance the most accurately possible. Determine who has to pay items per items
Take care of downpayments requests to customer and follow payments
Identify project’s risks and implement mitigation measures (risk assessment).
Check work reports and CRS
Do projects clean up after maintenance for unused parts.
Support production supervisors and leaders during the maintenance event:
Contact OEM’s for engineering requests and technical support
Print computerized maintenance system cards.
Technical support
As required coordination with subcontractors.
Review and revise the maintenance schedule as required
Support billing department for invoice / warranty claim
Strong technical knowledge in aviation (knowledge of Gulfstream, Bombardier is an advantage)
Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload.
At least 3 year experience in a similar position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to set priorities / taking initiatives when needed.
Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently.
Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP an advantage).
Fluent in English (French is an asset)
