Jet Aviation as an international company offers numerous possibilities for development and opens reams of professional perspectives.In order to reinforce the Facility Management Team in Geneva we are currently recruiting for aFacility Coordinator - 1 year contractAs a Facility Coordinatorat Jet Aviation,you will be responsible for successfully managing and coordinating Facility projects and activities as part of our Facility Management function at our Geneva site to support business requirements and organizational strategy.Description/Tasks:

Provide high quality customer service and functional support to all internal customers


Assess and coordinate the appropriate resolution of internal day-to-day facility requests    


Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and building operations through maintenance by coordination with Airport, suppliers and contractors


Direct and coordinate Facility and Real Estate projects including, but not limited to, construction, repairs, refurbishments or new installations


Monitor existing facility contracts and oversee contract renewals, modifications and obligations


Review and evaluate performance of suppliers and contractors to ensure value for money and efficient operating costs


Manage department budget, including, but not limited to, monthly billing statements, invoices, expense forms, purchase orders as well as reporting and


forecasting of capital and operating costs


Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise


Adhere to all EHS policy/procedures and ensure contractors comply with site EHS rules at all times


Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal, legal, environmental and risk management policies to minimize corporate liability and manage risk


Provide regular reports to senior management and participation to department reviews


Other duties will be assigned (logistics related tasks…)

Qualification/Experience:

Bachelors degree and/or 3 years of experience in a similar role


Very good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; SharePoint, SAP & AutoCAD an advantage


Strong written/oral communication and technical skills


Fluent in French and good level in English; German would also be an advantage


Excellent customer-service focused attitude


Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability and organizational skills


Attention to detail and great follow-up skills will be required
