Requirements: 

We are hiring an enthusiastic Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team in Lausanne.

The Challenge

• Design key technical components of the Salesforce solution;


• Participate in design sessions and ensure the Salesforce technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture of the client;


• Provide the Architecture/ high level design documents;


• Perform code reviews & ensure adherence to best practices;


• Identify any application/code security issues and provide recommendation;


• Evaluate possible application performance issues in the implementation and give recommendation;


• Develop, communicate, maintain and enforce the overall architecture of the systems with each project;


• Work closely with project management to assist the planning and review of project schedules, project reviews, project sizing and gap analysis;


• Control the development of interfaces for the different components so they meet interface specifications and integration best practices.
  
  

  Expected Skills



• Strong experience in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community clouds);


• Experience in design and implementation of custom applications;


• Experience in Salesforce administration and data migration;


• Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts;


• Salesforce certification(s) are a strong advantage (Sales and Service Clouds Consultant, App builder, Dev, Architecture Designer);


• Customer-oriented, adaptability and willingness to collaborate with other functions;


• Attention to detail;


• Outstanding communication (oral and written) and organizational skills;


• Fluency in English (mandatory);


• Fluency in French (an advantage).
