Requirements: 

You should have:



  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands on experience as Business Analyst in the area of CRM (preferably Salesforce).

  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform is a must.

  • Salesforce Sales & Service-Cloud.

  • Previous Salesforce project implementation experiences.

  • Cloud solutions.

  • Functional & technical analysis.

  • Strong customer facing.

  • Previous consulting experiences.

  • Agile mind-set.

  • Hands-on attitude.

  • Nearshoring/ offshoring experience.

  • Stress resistant and adherent to on-time delivery.

  • Strong work ethic, proactivity and flexibility.


Nice to have:



  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Pardot knowledge.

  • Einstein Analytics.

  • Salesforce certification.

  • Development experiences.

  • Technical background.


Languages:



  • Excellent knowledge of English.

  • Fluent German (Swiss German) is a must.


Additional information:



  • Starting date: ASAP.

  • Willing to travel on demand (domestic and international travel).

  • Location: Zurich, onside & at the client.

  • Engagement: Full time.


Job description:
For our Digital team in Zurich/ Basel we are looking for experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources. To take initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. To be able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations. We expect you to have a good CRM experience, including, but not limited to Salesforce, especially with Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud. You should be a great team player, able to work within an international team with a positive attitude and strong customer facing skills.


What will you do:



  • Responsible for the clear definition of business problems, to-be business processes.

  • Collaboration with business owners, SMEs, and technical team members - you should have good-level of technical understanding to translate the input into technical language.

  • Analyze information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives.

  • Write system and programming specifications.

  • Define and document the overall business problem and to-be functional product implementation.

  • Advising our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.

  • Delivering high level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration.

  • Core team member of the project execution.
