Overview of role


As a Senior Business Analyst / SCRUM Master for Wealth Management IT, you will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, delivery and operation of technical solutions that satisfy the demand of our growing business. We are seeking an experienced

Areas of Responsibility



  • Deliver applications solutions: Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to understand and drive demand and business cases. Analyse data and processes.

  • You produce UI/front end mock ups and user journey mappings.

  • You study regulations, directives and guidance directly. Derive design, document and develop working implementations. Verify the quality of software delivered through automated and exploratory testing. Write end user documentation for staff and clients.

  • Take full ownership of the solution rollout as required. Be enthusiastic about the solutions you deliver, thorough about understanding the implications and remain positive under pressure.

  • Work within the team to meet PI and Sprint objectives. Work with other teams to resolve dependencies and play a big part in team and company ‘cermonies’

  • You act as Scrum Master for the team as required.


Core Requirements



  • An undergraduate degree (or equivalent). We prefer computer science, economics or a similar subject

  • Experience with a banking or portfolio management platform – prior experience programming Temenos T24 is a plus

  • Experience in any other industry, preferably an understanding of the broader financial services business and knowledge of industry trends (e.g. Cloud, RPA). Experience with regulatory topics (Mifid II, GDPR, Fidleg) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with some modern technical infrastructure, protocols, databases, operating systems, frameworks and standards (e.g., Angular, Spring, Flutter, R Shiny, MSSQL, OAuth, JWT, OWASP, LXD, etc.) Prior experience developing with Java technologies is necessary.

  • Excellent ability to communicate how the work (e.g. features and stories) delivered by the teams contributes to Epics and Business objectives.

  • Confidence to shape, document and break down business demand into technical requirements.
