Product Owner Backend and Business Architect (80%)

Responsibilities:
You're taking responsibility in the following 5 pillars of the Product Owners Spectrum:

• Collaborate
  o You own the Product Backlog
  o You understand the product and its vision and you live it


• Ownership
  o Continuous establishing the Scrum Process in the whole company
  o Measure the success of your projects
  o Reach Roadmap Goals


• Value
  o Documenting the Business and its processes in the Enterprise Architecture Document
  o Meter KPI's and visualise them
  o You get the information you need to set priorities


• Market
  o You run tests or do researches in the market to get feedback from our customers


• Features
  o Writing user Stories incl. Acceptance Tests and follow the DoR
  o Challenge Tech people and our CTO in their ideas and solutions

You have:

• Ability to read ERM and other Data-models Structures (writing and UML is an advantage)


• Basic Software Development skills and know the struggles with it


• Basic understanding of Testing and continuous Delivery strategies


• Experiences from past software projects (positive as negatives are both welcome)


• Scrum knowledge and Experience is a must. Please note there might be a difference between Textbook-
  Scrum and "scrum" processes you've experienced.


• Ability to perform all your tasks with good English. German is an advantage.

It's an advantage if you also have knowledge in the following areas:

• TOGAF, a proven Enterprise Architecture methodology and framework


• Amazon Web Services


• Building Cloud Platforms


• Building Microservice Architecture


• Any Data analytics experiences
