The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solutions provider for processing foods and manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency. Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Duties |
Change management leadership in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): • Ensure D&I Strategy is implemented using best practice change management approaches • Ensure common understanding of our D&I vision and strategy, support leaders to mobilize people to take action and maintain momentum • Work with corporate communications to develop a company-wide awareness of D&I and an internal and external communication strategy • Develop D&I metrics and dashboard for measuring the effectiveness of initiatives implemented Program management: • Coordinate and drive the implementation of the strategy for D&I: • Chair relevant meetings and events including logistics and follow-ups • Collaborate with regional and global management to develop a plan and execute the strategy • Ensure transparency of information and keeping stakeholders updated • Provide structure and support to ensure clarity of next steps, resources, timelines and budget D&I center of excellence: • Develop expertise on D&I topics and become the specialist in the area • Keep current on external diversity programs, best practice and trends • Further developing relationships and maintaining contact with others partners and organizations in the D&I field |
