B2B Campaign Manager

If this speaks to you, we have an exciting opportunity waiting. Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to help build up On’s digital sales campaigns universe for our retail partners. This role will be responsible for driving sales. This role will be an integral part of the Customer Experience team working closely with global sales and marketing teams to integrate brand and business priorities into the digital journey. You will be working with the BI teams and the sales director aligning what products to push based on segments you define and would come with suggestions based on existing data (sell-in & sell-through data) and previous campaign metrics.


 


Key responsibilities include:



  • Work with sales teams to provide campaign content direction for B2B email marketing

  • Work with sales and BI teams to define database strategy, define segments 

  • Ensure data integrity in order to report ROI on each B2B campaign

  • Work with sales teams to test new compelling promotional offers and sales tactics

  • Experience with testing and optimizing campaigns using A/B or split tests

  • Management of active B2B campaigns in the CRM environment including start date, end date, tagging and updating the database and displays for sales queue

  • Bachelor's degree, with focus in Marketing or Business (or related field)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience within retail

  • Experience with digital and/or email marketing is a priority 

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

  • Data-driven and able to communicate and manage outcomes while monitoring competitive performance

  • You can understand data, provide insight, translate into actions

  • Identify relevant data points and come up with solutions to fill the gap

  • Operating knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies, preferably Salesforce, and capability to setup campaigns within the system.

  • In depth understanding of creative development; comfortable communicating with members of these departments

  • Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • An excellent written and oral communicator

  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
