Representing the company and its products to the customer
Defining customer needs and technical requirements
Developing and maintaining the project plan from prototype to start of mass production; bringing projects to commercial contract
“One-stop shop” client support
Managing the Integration team (technical specialists) responsible for project implementation; motivating of the team and creating comfort atmosphere within it
Creating and maintaining project documentation in English (technical and commercial proposals, statements of work, requirements specifications, design descriptions, work packages, etc.) for work with foreign partners and clients
Developing presentation materials (content) for customers and reports for external as well as internal clients
Organizing and coordinating professional retreats to address project-based administrative and technical questions
Creating calendar planners, managing tasks and deadlines for projects
Requirements:
Experience in Automotive industry (only foreign companies) or industrial R&D is a must
Experience managing/participating in international projects (US/Europe/Asia), cooperation with foreign partners and customers
Experience working as a Project manager/Account manager/Business development manager
Higher technical education (specialization in any area of our R&D: mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering)
Technical literacy
Proficient technical English, fluent business English
C-Level negotiating experience
Team player
Willingness to travel
Preferred:
3+ year experience managing technical projects (R&D/Engineering) and teams
